What is the Booty Challenge?

Booty Challenge is a 4-week fitness challenge designed to help you lift & tone your butt! Each week you’ll be committing to working out daily in the MOVE App using my proven 3:1 method to burn fat & sculpt your body in just 30 minutes. Make the most of your experience and connect with our #TeamLSF online fitness community on Instagram for amazing accountability and support!

What happens after I sign up?

Once you join the challenge, keep an eye on your email! I’ll be sending you everything you need to know to get prepared and ready to sweat it out together on September 26th! In the meantime, you can download MOVE App here! The challenge will automatically show up in your app on September 26th.

Do I need an MOVE app subscription to participate?

While your daily 10 exercises and bonus moves are always free in the challenge section of the MOVE app, your main workout (or “sweat sesh”) is unlocked with the premium subscription. New users can start a 7 day free trial, and we offer several flexible payment options as low as $8.25 a month for the premium subscription (that’s less than 2 lattes!).

Do I need special workout equipment to participate?

Most of the exercises in the MOVE app can be done without equipment but weights are recommended, especially as you progress to more advanced levels. You’ll also see me incorporating the LSF booty bands, tube bands and slider discs regularly into bonus moves and your daily 10!

How do I connect with #TeamLSF for support?

I am new to fitness, can I still join the challenge?

Of course! This challenge is PERFECT for all levels of fitness. The MOVE app workouts feature beginner, intermediate and advanced formats to meet you exactly where you are in your journey.

What if I can’t start on SEPTEMBER 26TH?

Not a problem! The official challenge dates run from September 26-October 23 but you’re welcome to jump in at any time or start when it's most convenient for you.

Is there a meal plan to follow during the challenge?

Yes! We will be following the Hot Body Meal Plan for a complete 4 week guide full of healthy & delicious meals to fuel your body and maximize your results! Plus, you'll get a FREE Cutie with a Booty Guide with your purchase of the meal plan.

How does this challenge differ from regular app programming?

Once you're in the MOVE app, the challenge section will have everything you need for your Booty Challenge workouts. Each week we will have a new “challenge focus” you’ll find below. Each day you will have your main 30 minute Sweat Sesh Workout & Your Daily 10 + Bonus Move that will target that week's focus area.

Are there any prizes or giveaways during the challenge?

Yes! One LSF babe with the ultimate transformation will be selected to win the Booty Challenge Grand Prize at the end of the challenge, but there will also be some fun giveaways throughout the 4 weeks to help keep you motivated!

Do I need a complete calendar to win the grand prize?

To be eligible for the Booty grand prize, you’ll need to do a couple of things:

  • Take your “before” photos on day 1, so you’ll have some CRAZY transformation stories to share with us at the end! Find all the pro tips here.
  • Create an LSF Instagram account to engage with the #TeamLSF community and help support other amazing women—we’re in it together!
  • Follow @LoveSweatFitness + @TeamLSF on Instagram and make sure you’re tagging us in your daily #LSFRollCall! Don’t forget to use #LSFBooty as well.
  • Submit a testimonial video at the end of the challenge so we can hear all about your incredible journey!

Where do I access the workouts?

On September 26th, the challenge section of the app will open and your workouts will be ready to go! From the homepage, scroll down until you see the “Booty Challenge” banner and click “Join Now” to jump right in.
