What is MAKING MOVES?

Making Moves is Love Sweat Fitness CEO & Personal Trainer, Katie Dunlop's, 6-week motivational course designed to equip women with the tools they need to get and STAY motivated in fitness and in life. It consists of several components:

  • Making Moves Motivational Guide: A hands-on eBook with a step-by-step gameplan to help you harness your motivation
  • 4 LIVE Zoom Workshops with Katie: Participants will dig deeper into each topic alongside Katie and be able to ask questions in a small-group environment
  • Weekly Motivational Texts & Emails: Katie's weekly reminders on what to focus on each week, tips to keep the motivation going, and more
  • Personal Priority Support: Get the answers to all your questions to help craft your ideal healthy lifestyle. Same day response via email or text!
  • Private Facebook Group Access: Join our exclusive Making Moves member Facebook group

The goal of this course is for you to walk away with more confidence, discovery of your purpose, and an actionable plan on how to motivate yourself from within every day.

What happens after I sign up?

Once you join the program, you'll want to keep an eye on your email and texts! Katie will be sending you everything you need to know to get prepared for the course, which starts on July 10th, 2023! You'll learn how to use your Motivational Guide, when our LIVE Zoom workshops are, tips for getting the most out of the course, and more.

Do I need to be enrolled in the Summer Shape Up Challenge to participate?

No! While Making Moves is extremely impactful during our fitness challenges, anyone who wants to unlock their full potential, find their "why", and truly learn how to create motivation within is PERFECT for this course.

WHEN DOES THE PROGRAM START AND END?

Making Moves starts on Monday, July 10th and ends on Sunday, August 20th.

WHEN ARE THE LIVE WORKSHOPS SCHEDULED FOR? DO I HAVE TO ATTEND EACH ONE?

(4) LIVE Zoom workshops with Katie will be held througout 6 weeks of the course. Dates are subject to change, but we are planning on the following:

  • Live Zoom Workshop 1: Tues, 7/11/23
  • Live Zoom Workshop 2: Mon, 7/17/23
  • Live Zoom Workshop 3: Wed, 8/2/23
  • Live Zoom Workshop 4: Wed, 8/16/23

Workshop times to be announced via email during the course.

If you can't make a session, DON'T WORRY! We will be recording each session and sending out the recordings to each program member afterward!

WILL SPACE IN THE COURSE BE LIMITED?

Due to the hands-on nature of Making Moves, we will be limiting space! We want to ensure that this program keeps a small group feel and that each member can connect with Katie and one another. Please sign up as soon as you can to confirm your space!
