Katie created Love Sweat Fitness after her own 45lbs weight loss journey and total lifestyle makeover. Overweight and living with hypothyroidism, she struggled to find a healthy routine. Eventually, she developed her own personal nutrition plan and fitness method, lost 45lbs, and fell in love with health and fitness! Katie became a certified personal trainer and used her own method to help countless women transform their lives and build their confidence.     What if I'm Vegetarian and also Gluten/Dairy free- which plan do I choose?

    We would recommend purchasing HBMP, the Gluten/Dairy free version and swapping out the proteins for your favorite. For example, tofu in place of chicken.

    Can I still drink coffee while I'm doing HBMP?

    Yes! We recommend using unsweetened almond milk and you can add either straight coconut cream and collagen or vital proteins collagen creamer for protein, fat and flavor. In doing that, you basically just “subtract” a serving of fat and protein from my morning snack later.

    Can I switch up the order of the meals within one day in HBMP?

    Absolutely! As long as you stick to everything on the list for that day, you can totally mix it up!

    How do I prepare the meals from the Hot Body Meal Plan?

    You can prepare your meals however you’d like! Make them your own by using recipes from the Guiltless Nutrition Guide and adding seasonings, spices, and veggies! Just use the main ingredients on your plan as the foundation.

    What can I do if I don’t like something on the plan?

    Swap it out! You can swap any lean protein for protein, healthy fat for fat or carbs for carbs. If you don’t feel like salmon, swap for chicken. If you’re allergic to peanuts, use a seed butter or swap for another healthy fat like avocado or coconut!

    If I’m feeling full, do I still need to eat everything for that day?

    While it’s ideal to eat everything to give yourself enough fuel for your workouts, you absolutely don’t want to force it. Listen to your body!

    Can my s/o or husband do the Hot Body Meal Plan? How do I adjust for them?

    Of course! Just make the portions a bit bigger on everything. For example, giving them about 6oz of a protein instead of 4oz or 2tbsp of almond butter instead on 1.

    Can I Find the Ingredients at My Grocery Store?

    Yes! The ingredients in this book can be found at most local stores with ease or easily modified to fit what you can find. You don’t need to be a top chef here, but you will sure feel like one after tasting these meals!

    We wouldn’t cook them if they didn’t! Healthy eating has a bad rep and I’m here to change that. Imagine eating all of your favorite meals and having them be good for you… yep!

    Are your products safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

    We always suggest checking with your healthcare provider before adding new supplements to your routine, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding (congrats btw!!) That said, nearly all of the ingredients in LSF Nutrition products are organic and all considered safe in foods.     Can LSF Nutrition products replace my multi-vitamin?

    There are lots of vitamins across the LSF Nutrition products. Depending on your needs/goals they may be enough on their own, however the line is not intended to necessarily replace a multivitamin.

    Where do your "natural flavors" come from?

    Our natural flavors come from exactly that, real, natural foods. We are talking wild berry from real berries, chocolate from coco and vanilla from vanilla bean. No fake sh*t here!

    I'm finding a little bit of Miss Congeniality sitting at the bottom of my cup after awhile, is this normal?

    Yes! Miss Congeniality is loaded with all natural, organic and real food ingredients. Some of them are a bit less water soluble and may settle if left for awhile. Not to worry though, give her a stir and you'll be good to go!
