Is it safe to take both boosts every day?
Yes! Our wellness boosts were designed to be taken daily and include handy scoopers to ensure you're getting the right amount of nutrients and benefits.
Do the boosts mix well with liquid?
Wing Woman mixes as you add water and without much stirring. All other boosts need to be stirred into liquid. We recommend our electric whisk, Smooth Operator for clump-free sipping!
Are they safe to use during pregnancy? Breastfeeding?
